Consultations are conducted only with parents, caregivers, or legal guardians. Minors do not participate directly in consultations.
By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of the child or individual discussed.
2. Nature and Scope of Services
2.1 Educational Services Only
All Services, including courses, consultations, and materials, are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The Company does not provide:
- Medical advice
- Mental health diagnosis or treatment
- Psychological therapy
- Counseling or clinical services
- Legal advice
You acknowledge that the Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
2.2 No Guaranteed Outcomes
Behavior change outcomes vary. We do not guarantee specific results from consultations, courses, or recommendations.
3. Consultations
3.1 Format
Consultations are conducted via:
- Live video call, or
- Phone call
Consultations are not recorded by the Company.
3.2 Payment Requirement
Full payment is required in advance to schedule and conduct consultations.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or refusal of service.
3.3 Scheduling and Cancellations
Consultation scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation policies will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Missed appointments may be forfeited
- Late cancellations may not be refunded
4. Questionnaires and User-Provided Information
Prior to consultations, you may be required to complete questionnaires or intake forms to provide background information about the individual or family.
You represent that all information provided is:
- Accurate
- Complete
- Provided voluntarily
The Company relies on this information to guide educational discussions but does not independently verify its accuracy.
5. Courses and Certificates
5.1 Course Access
Access to online courses is granted upon purchase or registration and may be subject to completion requirements.
5.2 Certificate Issuance
Certificates, including continuing education units, are issued manually upon course completion.
The Company reserves the right to:
- Verify information submitted
- Deny, revoke, or correct certificates if requirements are not met
Certificates do not guarantee acceptance by any licensing or regulatory authority.
6. Payments and Refunds
All fees for courses and consultations are disclosed prior to purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Course purchases are non-refundable
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has occurred
Any exceptions or refund policies will be clearly stated at checkout or booking.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Record consultations without express written consent
- Share, reproduce, or distribute course materials without authorization
- Use the Services in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive manner
- Misrepresent information provided in questionnaires or during consultations
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Services are owned by Blue Fox Learning or its licensors.
No license is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of personal information, including information provided through questionnaires.
10. International Users
The Services are operated from the United States. Users outside the U.S. acknowledge that personal information may be transferred, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Services for any particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Fox Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Services, including consultations and educational materials.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Fox Learning, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
